Laredo Insurance Agency was founded in 1988, in Laredo, Texas. In November 2004, Glenn Farley purchased Laredo Insurance Agency from Dallas Moore. Mr. Farley began his insurance career in 1979 after receiving his BA from the University of Texas, majoring in Insurance. By following in his fathers foot steps of a successful insurance career, Mr. Farley has had an opportunity to learn the business from the ground up. He has owned several insurance agencies over the past 30 years and has demonstrated his competence in underwriting and risk management.
The acquisition of Laredo Insurance Agency allowed him to capitalize on a local icon and assemble a team of quality insurance professionals. Forming the foundation of Laredo Insurance Agency is our belief that we must strive for excellence in putting our client first and treat them as we would like to be treated.
Another fundamental part of their business, is the ability to quantitatively assess risks so as to proactively implement effective measures to mitigate those risks in an organization. We believe that Risk Management should be the strategic intent of all high performing organizations and it should be implemented in a manner that permeates all aspects of the organization's way of doing business.
